She has hands-on knowledge of all aspects of procurement leadership, change management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain and operations management spanning both direct and indirect procurement categories. This experience is complemented by deep subject matter expertise in IT, Professional & Consulting Services, Outsourcing, and Offshoring.
Jill’s greatest strength is the ability to work effectively with leadership teams and create ownership across all organizational departments. This has earned her a reputation as a high performing leader with the skills necessary to deliver measurable and sustainable change.
Susan is a seasoned sourcing and procurement expert with almost 20 years of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience. Susan has hands-on experience successfully managing numerous sourcing events from end-to-end across many categories including Travel & Entertainment, IT Hardware & Software, Office Supplies, and Call Centres. Additionally, she was an integral member of a team that created and then launched a strategic sourcing Centre of Excellence. Susan also has experience with contract negotiations, communications, process improvements, learning & development, sourcing intelligence, and systems (i.e. SharePoint). Her strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly enable her to make lasting relationships among her peers and clients.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Krysten is a recent graduate of OntarioTech University, majoring in marketing with a minor in operations and supply chain management. Her diverse work experience in health care administration to her own freelance business has provided a wealth of knowledge to begin her career with ThryvX as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
