President & CEO

Jill is a seasoned Procurement Executive with twenty eight plus years of global business and leadership experience with medium and large growth oriented enterprises.

She has hands on knowledge of all aspects of procurement leadership, change management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain and operations management spanning both direct and indirect procurement categories. This experience is complemented by deep subject matter expertise in IT, Professional & Consulting Services, Outsourcing and Offshoring.

Jill’s greatest strength is the ability to work effectively with leadership teams and create ownership across all organizational departments. This has earned her a reputation as a high performing leader with the skills necessary to deliver measurable and sustainable change.

Susan Mercer-Tumilty

Consultant

Susan is a seasoned sourcing and procurement expert with almost 15 years of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience. Susan has hands on experience successfully managing numerous sourcing events from end-to-end across many categories including Travel & Entertainment, IT Hardware & Software, Office Supplies and Call Centres. Additionally, she was an integral member of a team that created and then launched a strategic sourcing Centre of Excellence. Susan also has experience with contract negotiations, communications, process improvements, learning & development, sourcing intelligence and systems (i.e. SharePoint). Her strong customer focus, communication skills and ability to adapt quickly enables her to make lasting relationships among her peers and clients.

Scott Bernier

Consultant

Scott brings a wealth of Leadership, Supply Chain and Procurement experience to the team.

Scott is a seasoned operational and supply chain expert with over 20 years of Operations Management, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience. Scott has hands on experience successfully managing numerous sourcing events from end-to-end across many categories including Purchasing Outsourcing, ERP Systems (SAP), Construction, Design, Fleet, Facilities, Electrical, HR, Finance, IT Hardware & Software, and several others.

Scott also has over 10 years experience with contract negotiations, process improvements, supplier management and e-procurement systems (i.e. GEP, Ariba). His strong customer focus, communication skills and analytical skills allows him to provide clients with excellent solutions.

Krysten Lammert

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Krysten is a recent graduate of OntarioTech University, majoring in marketing with a minor in operations and supply chain management. Her diverse work experience in health care administration to her own freelance business has provided a wealth of knowledge to begin her career with ProcurePro as Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Krysten’s unique skill set and hard work has made her a perfect match for our ProcurePro team.

Lucas Mitchell

Business Systems Analyst 

Lucas is an IT specialist with over 3 years’ experience working in a wide range of roles in the financial services industry. His work background has provided a sturdy base of technology management, technical support, and process development skills to take the next step in his career with ProcurePro as a Business Systems Analyst.
